Additional comments:
We were diving in Avalon at Casino Point Dive Park on September 5, 2021 and as we were making our way to see the resident Giant Black Sea Bass we came across some line in the water at about 30-feet. We followed the line and found a Giant Black Sea Bass that had a line attached. Unfortunately we didn't have a knife on us (we'll have one from here on out) to cut the line. After our dive we told everyone at the park to be on the look out and cut the line if they could. So we're hoping a properly equipped diver with a knife was able to cut the line off.
